7. Shipping and Delivery

Goods will be delivered using the following method:

  • 7 to 11 Days Free Standard Shipping From Logistics Center

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. Delivery does not include weekends or statutory holidays.

Shipping is free of charge.

For international deliveries outside Canada, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes. You are responsible for these charges. We are not liable for unpaid duties or taxes.

You must provide accurate delivery details. We are not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete information.

8. Refunds for Goods

Refund requests must be made within 30 days after receipt of goods.

We accept refund requests for the following reasons:

  • Good is broken

  • Purchaser changed their mind

  • Good does not meet expectations

9. Returns

Returns can be made by mail. To initiate a return:

If approved, a return shipping label and instructions will be provided. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Both parties retain the right to bring claims in small claims court or seek injunctive relief.
